SPANDEX BULLET
Punk That Shouldn’t Be
WHO WE ARE
Spandex Bullet are, despite appearances, a highly professional five-piece punk covers band from South East England, consisting of vocals, two guitars, bass, and drums.
We’re not about immaculate vibes - we don't do the 'v' word. We’re about actual fun. We’re tight, we’re loud, we're a little bit daft, and we keep crowds singing, stomping, and laughing all night long.
WHAT WE PLAY
If it’s catchy, melodic, or downright ridiculous, we'll turn it into a punk banger. We have absolutely no concept of anything being uncool or beneath us, and we cheerfully throw curveballs with heart, humour, and heavy distortion.
Need more details? We've got you covered.
PERFORMANCE STYLE
Energy, enjoyment, surprise, and maximum nonsense. We love to engage the crowd, making sure they're in on the gag, and nothing makes us happier than seeing the joy-filled looks on folks' faces as they suddenly recognise yet another supercharged version of something that has no business being supercharged.
Equally at home in dedicated venues, dive bars, or as an amped-up house band for a special occasion or event, we make sure that everyone leaves with smiles on their faces, and the words 'I can't believe they played that!' on their lips.
See for yourself, with grateful thanks to Lisa Cruttenden for the videos:

TECH SPECS
We're entirely self-sufficient. We bring our own 2,000w PA system, lights and backline, so all you need to do is clear us a space, give us access to power, and we'll do the rest. Alternatively, we can provide our tech rider, stage plot and input list on request.
